Exchange and Return

We are pleased to offer extended 30-day returns on all purchases from December to 31st Jan 2024.

Tokyn makes every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason this is not the case, we are happy to refund your full price or sale item within 14 days if the below conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn (apart from initially trying on the garment), unwashed and in original condition with all garment tags attached.

  • You have emailed us at hello@tokyn.com.au with your order number and requested a return. 

  • Items are accompanied by your order confirmation and a completed Returns Form. 

Exchanges for a size or colour are also available if the above criteria are met. To arrange an exchange please contact us at hello@tokyn.com.au

Email us at hello@tokyn.com.au with your order number and request for return/exchange

Once approved you'll be sent your return instructions via email

Follow the instructions and post your items back to us


We recommend using a registered mail service as Tokyn is not responsible for items lost in return transit. Customers are responsible for all charges associated with returning items to Tokyn. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed after your return parcel has been received.

  • Sample Sale and Archive Items

All sales are final on styles purchased from the Sample Sale or Archive Sale categories. No change of mind refunds or exchanges are permitted on Sample Sale or Archive Sale items, unless faulty. If your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@tokyn.com.au
